Blind Item #4
This actress is A+ list. She is all movies but the thing about her is that she only probably has B- list name recognition because she has always been more concerned with talent rather than self-promotion. She is also someone who has approached this other A+ list movie actor about forming a partnership. She is not that interested in sex anyway and he could do what he wanted and being with her would take her career to the next level she has always wanted.

ReplyDeleteDefinitely Tom Cruise, but not sure about the actress. How can you be an A+ with B recognition? It usually works the other way around.

ReplyDeleteCharlize/Tom is interesting but I doubt Tom would want to be seen with a tall woman with short grey hair anytime soon. I think it would have been a sure thing if Charlize still had her blonde longer hair.

so she's not a+ as in jennifer anniston, leonardo dicaprio status. i think he means a+ as in, doing great work, very connected in hollywood.
Oh my god, Jessica Chastain did one episode of Veronica Mars, so now she's a television actress!!! Stop it. Jessica Chastain is s MOVIE star, and a damn talented one at that. She would really have to dumb it down to slum with Tom Cruise, though.
ReplyDeleteis it correct to assume the "other A+ movie actor" is gay, and she's ok with bearding? if she's A+ all movies herself, with only B+ name recognition Tom Cruise would be poison. His rep as closeted and crazy would be harmful to an A lister IMO. He prefers a C lister whom he can control. My guess would be George Clooney except he's done lots of TV. Leo is reputedly Bi, and doesn't really need a beard.

DeleteJessica Chastain is on Broadway RIGHT NOW. If someone is doing theatre, surely, they aren't all-movie?
ReplyDeleteBut then, I wouldn't be surprised if something on here listed as "all-movie" ended up being Scarlett Johansson, also on Broadway right now and a Tony Award winner...
So maybe theatre is not counted for blinds...?
I don't think theater counts when it says all-movies. Seems to me a couple of reveals have included all-movie actors who have dabbled in theater (and one with a Tony, IIRC).
