Blind Items Revealed

October 24, 2008

#3 - Jackass - B list television actress who used to be on a hit and is now on a new show. Not the most fun person to work with according to the crew. For someone who is lucky enough to have a career she sure loves to play the game of don't talk to me. Apparently unless you are a producer or director on the show, you are not allowed to speak directly to her. Well, the crew loves nothing more to talk to her anyway. They love doing this when they need a break because they know she will throw a tantrum and retreat to her dressing room for at least an hour.

Debra Messing

  1. I would not have thought she would do that. I really like her on Smash.

  2. I think you accidentally left "and hoover up a mountain of coke" out of that last sentence.

  3. Awww, Coke Mom is a diva. If I were a crew member on Smash, I would talk to her every second I could.

  4. What is the point of someone being like that? It makes no sense.

  7. I love will and grace but even seeing her on interviews you can tell she is probably very difficult to work with.

  8. For some reason this doesn't surprise me.

  11. I guess the show she was on at the time was "Starter Wife" I really liked that show. Sorry to hear she's a douche, she doesn't really have the acting chops OR the success to be such a diva!

  12. And to think she fancier herself as the next Lucy. Sadly this will eventually backfire on her.

Coke Mom is cranky Mom too! She did a good job at bitching it up in Will and Grace, when the script called for it. I always wondered why Megan Mulally (Karen), (favorite show character EVER!!!) would visibly blanch, freeze, stumble, stutter, whenever she had to have a one on one/face to face interaction/conversation with Grace. Like she was scared of her, uncomfortable with her, had been Meangirl'd by her. Why can't we have the Jack and Karen Show? Mean people get what they deserve. To be forgotten, disliked and lonely.

  14. I definitely see this being her. She seems like a cunty little diva, and this blind is proof.

  15. She always seemed like a brat to me, and I don't get why people always used to say how pretty she was whens he was on "Will & Grace". She has a beak for a nose and her mouth looks weird. Nice hair color though.

Perhaps she has lost some of the attitude now that the "Starter Wife" has bombed and "Smash" is hardly a smash??

  16. Ted Casablanca use to make the same diva insinuations about Messing back on his old Eonline column.

  17. @supapimp, I think Ned and Stacey was the last time she actually ate anything. Maybe that's why she's so mean now.

  18. Damnit Debra, straighten the hell up! I have been a big fan of her's since Ned and Stacy. This pisses me off, but I can't help it I still love her and I love Smash too, but she's hardly the star of that show.

  19. I like Will and Grace and Smash in spite of this trick, not because of her. She's the 90's version of Katherine Heigl for me. So much Ugh.

    1. This is such a great comparison. Yes, just like Heigl

  20. I loved Karen and Jack, and Will too, he was a great straight man for all their antics. The guy who played Jack is an ass as well, sometimes. The only thing I like about Debra is her hair, it's pretty.

She did rock the shit out of that hair. I think she had all of us considering going dark red at one point or another. I loved the episode where Karen said that Grace relies too much on her hair! So many laugh out loud moments on that show. Almost every punchline, to me, was truly funny. I get so excited just seeing the credits come on because it never dissapointed, it just got better! Better characters, sets, jokes, storylines, and Beverly Leslie! Did you know that actor's name is actually Leslie in real life? All the great cameos they had too. Sigh. Favorite show ever.

  23. Big W&G lover here too! Only watched for Jack, Karen and Will though. Grace was annoying. Tbh, I always imagined Messing to be just like Grace; spoiled, egocentric and bitchy. Guess that was true xD
