Blind Item #2
This A+ list all movie actor sure has been spending a lot of time at The Four Seasons lately. Not for work or photoshoots for a movie, but rather what he claims are advance plans for one of his children's birthday party. This of course that he meets with one of the staffers at the hotel frequently to plan it and they sure do check out the guest rooms a lot too when ones will probably not even be used for the party. And does it really take 45 minutes to look at a room?

ReplyDeleteJolene, he's Hollywood so could be bi. Girlfriends, marriages and babies there aren't as good an indicator of orientation as they typically are elsewhere. Cruise and Travolta are classic textbook examples.
ReplyDeleteMaybe someone with an older kid who'd enjoy a birthday party in a ballroom at the Four Seasons? Little kids like to kick it at Chuck E. Cheese or an indoor playground. But, I suppose if you're rich enough, you could turn a ballroom into Chuck E. Cheese.

ReplyDeleteThis could be anyone - Damon, Affleck, Crowe, Pitt, Wahlberg, Cruise. Hell, the children could be adults so it could also be Freeman, Smith, Hanks or a whole host of others too.

ReplyDeleteTrue story, I used to live directly across the street from the Four Seasons on Doheny and Burton Way. 98% of my building were young, beautiful hookers imported from Russia who worked at the Four Seasons (I'm mean they worked there, but didn't work for the hotel chain). The manager seemed to be a sort of house mother for them all (I'm sure she got a nice cut).

No way ever would the Smith kids be having a CEC party, and probably not anything 4 Seasons. They are both into the club scene, just saw pics of them coming out of a Miami nightclub around Midnight, few weeks back. $cieno kids pick their own personal lifestyles without need for parental approval and level of maturity.

ReplyDeleteAffleck knows that no one would believe he was working on birthday party plans. That's Jen's job. He would come up with the excuse of planning for some political fundraiser or wanting to use the hotel in a movie or something.

No, not such an awesome story; those Russian women were almost certainly sex trafficked, with their id's and passports "kept" by their "madam" -- and probably weren't allowed to keep any of the money they made. Eastern European and Russian women always end up answering ads for "au pair" work or "secretary" type ads in their home countries and end up over here leading horrific lives. That's 99% percent of the story for Russian women like the commenter describes, anyway. Poor ladies.

DeleteLipstick, the people that bring them here also set up their ID' s , open up credit cards in their names, max them out, and leave the women with the debt in their names so they are liable. The women then find out when they have aged out. They can' t even start over, rent an apt, etc due to the debt. They won't file against the fraud because they are terrified. The majority exist in CA , but there are 2 main modeling agencies in NY that front for this. A gazillion SAR reports have been filed and still, it continues. It is a horrific situation.

ReplyDelete@agentshit and others That is pretty depressing to hear. But it is not only women who get caught in a trap like that. Happens to men. Big case going on in my city where a Romany family brought other Romany men over here to work in construction for free, which basically made them slaves. Passports taken, the men living 5 or 6 in one small bedroom in the family's house. They would also get the men to sign up for welfare, and keep the cheques. People are awful.
ReplyDeleteBasil and others, human trafficking knows no bounds. It's depressing. I used to conduct conversations via interpreters. The people who are the ringmasters were absolutely ruthless to deal with. But it was nothing compared to speaking with the women and telling them legally they are responsible for the debts unless they would deal with U.S. authorities and press fraud charges. I used to go home in tears and drown them in vino. Although I am retired from that line of work I still follow up with govt and activist groups but there is so little progress. When you hear or read about Scientology, you are looking at a cult that has human trafficking as a part of its doctrine.
