Blind Item #4
This former almost B+ list all movie actress dropped to a C and was hovering around a D. She tried to bring herself back up by getting involved in a relationship with what she perceived to be a bigger celebrity than her. She got some press, but it was not until she managed to get a hot television show that she began to climb back up the list. Even though she is still a B- she acts like she is A+ and expects to be treated like it. Her almost A list mostly movie actor co-star on the show called her out in front of everyone and said she got a lucky break and to treat everyone accordingly. Has not happened.
Could this be Stana Kantic? Dated Matt Bomer. There was a blind awhile back about N. Fillion telling her not to be such a biotch in front of the cast and crew.

ReplyDeleteDon Cheadle might qualify as an almost A list mostly movie actor on House of Lies but Kristen Bell doesn't fit for the female half of the blind at all.

DeleteIt looks like Carrie-Ann Moss has been married for a while, with several small children. IMDB lists her as still married - of course, that could be outdated.

ReplyDeleteLove the Emmy Rossum and William H Macy guess. That sounds about right. She did Mystic River, Day After Tomorrow, Phantom and Poseidon. After those movies in a row, I had heard it went straight to her head and she was arrogant and holier than thou. Then she really slipped to almost a D. She was involved with Chris Evans somehow, so maybe he's the bigger name actor. Shameless put her back on the map, and now she's doing movies again.

@Aoife, according to that website, 'who dated who', yes, they did date! I don't remember if it gave years, or a time frame, but it was there. Maybe it was a while ago and it was a bearding thing. Who knows. The only other person it says she's dated is Nathan Fillion, though, so who knows if it's accurate or not. She didn't beard for Nathan, though. I have a friend who knows him and he's straight.

ReplyDeleteAfter My So-Called Life, she was all movie. And the Billy Crudup relationship gained her some press (though not all nice). She did pretty much NO TV till Temple Grandin, which was more film than TV, and Homeland, by which she's climbed back up to the top.
That Stana Katic/Matt Bomer thing is just an old rumor.

Anna Paquin? With Manganiello or Skarsgard being the one who called her out. Before True Blood she'd never done TV and she'd dated Joquin Phoenix before she got super famous again. She strikes me as a bit stuck up.
