Blind Item #6
This former A list actress who has bombed in movies and made her fame on television is now a B list who can't get work. People were certainly wondering who the guy was who she was canoodling with on a plane and in the airport before splitting in the airport and the paps could see them together. I wonder what her husband would think.

DeleteMy husband didn't know what 'the word meant and told me he had been canoodling with a lady at work. He's so lucky I asked him to clarify rather than launching straight into ball removal!

ReplyDeleteAlba didn't really bomb in movies, did she? She's certainly had some stinkers, but as awful as they were, the Fantastic Four flicks did well, and there's Sin City...

ReplyDeleteI've heard Alba is the opposite of nice. I dated somebody who was an extra in a movie she was in years ago. The extras were told they couldn't talk to her, acknowledge her or even make eye contact with her at all or they'd be fired. She walked around with her nose up in the air, total attitude.

ReplyDeleteThe "list" is so subjective. I think Alba was definitely one of the top 10 most "buzzed about" actresses for a couple of years.

ReplyDeleteTo be fair, some actors/actresses aren't even aware that the crew is told not to speak to or look at them. The producer or director is usually the one responsible because they don't want their stars distracted. Anyway, that's what I'd heard and not sure if I really believe it, but I'll give some the benefit of the doubt. It's more fun to think that they're just arseholes.

ReplyDeleteI am no Heigl fan, but she didn't bomb in movies. Knocked Up was a HUGE hit...made a lot of money. She took time off to be a mom, which I can respect. That said, I have no good guesses. No bad guesses, either.
