There were plenty of drugs to be found throughout the week, but for sheer volume consumed per person this sometime actress/sometime singer/sometime model definitely took home first prize. Witnessing her awesome use of coke in corners, bathrooms, backstage, and sometimes even in the open, there was just awe that this person was till alive, let alone even had a nose remaining.

DeleteOne of my ex-BFs told me a story about her before she was famous. He went to NYC for the Tibetan Freedom Concert, snagged his parents' CC and stayed at the Waldorf Astoria. He had seen her around the hotel, and one of the nights he came knocking on his door looking for coke. I think she was around 15 then.

My husband knew someone who met her at a wedding. She asked his name, and he said "Rusty." Her response? "Ew, that's a dog's name!". Then she left. Haha.

DeleteI think if anything, Paris binges while partying. I don't think she is an addict, like Lohan. That probably has something to do with her looking better that Lohan currently does.

ReplyDeleteSpeaking of her birthday, does anyone besides me remember the tale of the guy who stole her birthday cake (which was only going to be thrown away after the party, the wasteful idiots!), took a pile of pictures of it, and ended up donating it to a homeless shelter? That was absolutely classic... :-)

ReplyDeleteI thought I read that cocaine is cheaper than cigarettes now? But then, I don't know how anyone can afford cigs either...
ReplyDelete@Mooshki, it probably depends on how much of either one needs. I've never priced cocaine--never even seen it, in fact--but a pack of cigarettes lasts me 3 to 4 days. I don't see how a cocaine habit could be cheaper than that. For ME, at least.
