Miss Delaware Teen USA Resigns After Doing Porn

Apparently if you are a Miss Teen USA it is frowned upon for you to do a porn video. You can parade half naked as a 16 or 17 year old in front of thousands of people and have Donald Trump ogle you in a bikini, but the second you actually take off your clothes, then it becomes losing your crown worthy. Miss Delaware Teen USA resigned after this video came to light. If you click, you can safely watch the first minute at work. With the volume on really low. After that, I hope you have a really nice boss. At about the one minute mark the interviewer asks about Miss Teen and she admits she is in beauty pageants but would not come out and actually say that she is Miss Delaware Teen USA. She is though and yesterday Melissa King turned in her crown and her sash. Melissa says in the video she did it for the cash. Not too many paying gigs for Miss Delaware Teen USA.

    Delawarean here. It's her, and it may be that she did it because she needed to raise money to pay to the pageant so that she could actually start doing gigs.

    OTOH, I watched a five-minute excerpt somewhere, and while she is pretty, it was clear throughout most of the video that there was someplace else that she would rather have been. I don't think that porn is in her future.

    Very sad all around.

    @hairydawg, Oh please, she could have worked at McDonalds, Starbucks or some other minimum wage job. I grew up in a pretty low income area and plenty of us were offered things we wouldn't be willing to do for a LOT of money. We managed to not do porn/strip/prostitution and my friends worked at McD's, Wendy's and Burger king. Hell, I worked in a laundromat washing other people's dirty clothes. Spare me, she didn't want to work hard she wanted the money now she has to live with it.

    There was no humor intended in my previous comment. It was an accurate review of a great porn site I enjoy and have been a member of, and it was solid advice for the whore. The cat is out of the bag now, the scene will be with her the rest of her life, like a bad tattoo that laser surgery won't cure.     Have to agree with the Count. Maybe she should have hit the books instead of watching Kartrashians. When I was her age and didn't have money I got ANOTHER job. And when that wasn't enough I got ANOTHER job. WHILE I was studying so I wouldn't need 3 jobs to eat regular. She deserves whatever she gets for doing this.     What is wrong with the video? I havent seen it yet, but that site generally puts out good material. They keep the mope well hidden and get all the good views. Or are you more of a storyline person?

    Sad part is for what she earned for the one scene, she probably could have made in a weekend meeting 2-3 dudes from a sugar daddy site and no one would have found out. Middle of the pack chicks in porn are getting around 7 or 8 hundred for a regular boy/girl scene, from what I've heard. There was probably a cute first scene kicker, but I'd be shocked if she got any more than 1500, considering they probably had to fly her out and get her tested. Then she gotta take the income tax out of it. So what is her net, some where between 600 and a grand? I want to emphasize this is all guesstimation. The fact that this was found out so quickly could mean it was a PR stunt from the get go.

    Wow! The judgements being passed here. We have no idea what was going on in her life. She may have done it for kicks, and she may have needed the money. To say oh she could have worked at Starbucks.. Yeah well those jobs still are hard to find and if she's in pageants and a kid ageing out of the foster care system, she needs immediate funds. Do you realize once a kid turns 18 in most foster care situations, and or at least in my state, they are only obligated to help you two weeks one month and you end up in a hotel if you don't have a place of your own or friends you can stay with? I'm just saying, she is 18 and I'm so tired of reading all these posts calling her everything but a child of God. What they should have done was given her a chance and had her speak to young women against making those types of choices, and work with young women caught in the sex trade. But I guess that's too real life for the pageant world where people get their children's teeth capped before the age of 10 and even little girls are encouraged to look like Dolly Parton.
