Blind Item #1 - Easy Easy
This B- list mostly movie actor has spent the past 48 hours in one big orgy of women and booze. From the moment he landed, he has not spoken to his B+ list celebrity girlfriend and has just been on a rampage. he also has been telling everyone that it feels so good to be free and that he never thought he would escape.

DeleteI feel sorry for Miley, she has really grown on me these past few years. She/he are to young to be getting married in the first place. It's just shitty the way he is going about this. Grow a pair and actually let her know instead of acting like a jerk. Once again, too young to get married if he can't even tell her that he wants out!

ReplyDeleteHe is going to regret this in a few years when his hunger games role fades and he doesn't have much money. Miley's star may be on the decline, but she made a lot of dough while she was at the top. Without his being cast in other movies, LH won't have any staying power or earn much from HG.

I have obviously been thinking about this WAY too much.
Sounds like Liam. I guess he's not mature enough to talk to her and say, "I'm not ready to get married. I changed my mind." He did talk in an interview about how he proposed and all that stuff about how in love he was. But maybe he was in it for the publicity.
ReplyDeleteCount me among those who think she's well shot of him. I was never the biggest fan of hers, but she certainly seems to have more going for her than he does. Take away a lucky break ("Hunger Games"), and he's a total zero. His brother is the star.

ReplyDelete@ Seachica - Hollywood is very forgiving of its male stars, especially the young good looking ones. Liam will get cast, and cast again, no matter how stupid he is, no matter how much of a player he is, as long as they think he'll fill those cinema seats.

ReplyDeleteI'm with you. I saw a clip of him in Love and Honor and the dude can not act. So he won't get far on his acting. I'm guessing he got that part and a couple of others because of being connected to Miley (name recognition) in hopes of drawing Miley fans to the theater.

ReplyDelete@Me they are/were engaged. He talked about popping the question in some interview. and Miley confirmed it on Twitter over a year ago. She was sporting a diamond ring until recently and Liam took off to Austrailia.

ReplyDeleteI'm kind of rooting for Miley in life. I like that she is different than the cookie cutter, get them all mixed up image. She's having fun but seems to have a good head on her shoulders.
They're sooo young, there's no way this would have survived anyway. Add the fact that it's a celeb relationship, and it's the perfect storm!

I feel sorry for them both. Miley seems awesome, but a ball of nerves. She seems like a blast to hang out with, but as an everyday thing, it's probably a bit much. He probably had to take a lot of crazy.

I think Liam's been looking for a way out for a while now. What was he on when he asked her to marry him? Or did Miley ask him?
ReplyDeleteIt's weird that quite a few people are looking at Miley like she's some blindsided victim here. Wasn't she the subject of the blind about a girl who slept with her boyfriend's brother? Plus there's that story about Liam having a girlfriend when she met him but that didn't stop her from going all out for him (as for Liam: once a cheater, always a cheater). And let's not forget that creepy "best friend" of hers who's all over her business. Add to all that the clinginess, the constant need for attention, and the crushing responsibility of always having to be there to save her from her self-destructive tendencies. It's a lot.
I actually do think it's quite sweet that they tried to make it work a second time, but seriously, they both need to grow up and get their shit together. Otherwise, they'll never be good for each other, or anyone else.
I don't like Miley (or anybody in her family) at all, but I think she's well rid of Liam -- at this stage of his life anyway. Maybe he'll grow up and become a decent person. Maybe not. But she's dodged a bullet in this case.

ReplyDeleteThere has been a lot of talk about how Miley has changed. One item being a lap dance she gave someone in front of Liam & left nothing to the imagination. Lots of wild stories like that. Maybe they thought they were grown up & could handle this share & share alike but not many people of any age can keep that sort of relationship going.
