@Seachica- Katie told this hilarious story on Kimmel's show about how they went on one date in the 80's. IIRC, Larry tried to woo her at his apartment!
He addressed this (I think) on both Craig Ferguson's show and also on Kathy Griffin's show (w/ Craig Ferguson). He seemed kind of pissed about the whole story, but maybe it was him just being crotchety.
I had no idea Katie Couric had her own show. Where have I been?
