This former almost A list "singer" and sometime reality star is no longer able to see her child/ren without being supervised. Apparently being alone with the child/ren would be dangerous because of her continued drug use.
Brit was my first guess too and at first I thought it was a reveal for MV (with singer in quotes), but then I realized she was way higher than "almost A list."
It's often in the best intrests of the children to still have some sort of contact with their parents in these situations. The "take the kids away!" school of thinking has done damage to generations of kids.

Ashlee. Former Almost A-List? Yep. Autobiography is certified triple platinum is the US, biggest female debut record of the year, very heavy rotation & charting well for the singles. She had the show, loads of press in music/entertainment magazines. The Geffen Machine worked overtime, then the celebrity marriage, and Jessica. She was that big for a little while.
Single Man in Love with Love: Yes we should all do better with our guesses but the rating system here is inconsistent mostly and hard to decipher at best. It PAINS me to think Asslee was anywhere near an A but seeing her crash and burn somehow warms the cockles of my cold, cold heart. Therefore I guess Asslee. Good news? She ain't nowhere near an upper letter of the alphabet now. Ahh..How wonderful. She reached her pinnacle at 23 and just crashed from there.
And if she weren't such a groupie, star fucker, opportunist I would wish her well. I do hope she does get help for Brooklyn Junglebook's sake however.

Yeah, the way this says "drug use" means it probably isn't Britney. Plus she's heavily supervised at all times, not just when the boys are around.
