Last night in New York City, New Kids On The Block were in the middle of performing Survive You to a packed crowd when he suddenly just walked off the stage. I know Jonathan has had some issues in the past, but it apparently shocked all of the other members of the group who laughed it off by saying that Knight had to go to the bathroom. He never came back, but did Tweet early this morning that he was sorry. That is all anyone has said about it.

ReplyDeleteAnxiety sucks. I walked off a job because of it. I was 22 however. It's supposed to get better as you age right? I don't have anxiety or panic issues a quarter of what I used to. But I'm still scared as hell of bridges. Shudder. I still can't drive over at least half of them in my city ..

I was too late to the party :( On-topic the Jordan Knight played the venue where my husband works and he was a very nice girls brought him a zillion gifts and he gave them all to the people that work at the venue. Husband said he was very professional, Not a diva just knew how to get his money and his work done

I feel so bad for him, his anxiety has been well-publicized for a long time. Panic attacks, all of that. It's hell! He's actually done a lot of good, going on Oprah's show like he did, letting people know about these problems.
ReplyDeleteI just hope that everyone at the venue knows it's most likely his anxiety, and not just him being a jerk or drunk/high.
I didnt see Karrott's posts but I suspect she confirmed that Joey M has a large penis and confessed that she's slept with him. I've seen a few other groupie reports saying the same thing, including one encounter that happened after he got married.
ReplyDeleteI have managed a panic disorder for years as well and I am actually surprised he was able to tour. Good for him for having this courage. If it were me, I would be on the toilet all night before having to go onstage and then probably cold sweat profusely and pass out. Panic Disorder is a mental illness with very unanticipated physical symptoms.
ReplyDelete@Laura I know from personal experience that is not true. He's 5'9 and proportioned normally. And yes, Jonathan has anxiety and that had a lot to do with why they originally broke up. Jordan would of course back his brother and it created a division.
