Blind Items Revealed - Bonus

I thought I had revealed this previously so we will call this a bonus just in case I had. I just can't find a note that I had.

December 16, 2012

This married B list all movie actress who has the talent of a C or D lister was in a store the other day and a woman in front of her tried to purchase $185 worth of clothes. The credit card got declined and our actress offered to pay for it and also paid for the items she was holding in her arms and the items our actress' friend had and the items our actress had. Nice gesture. She could have just ignored it. Love the holiday spirit.

Jessica Biel

  1. Not sure if it counts as a kindness when it isn't her money she's spending!

  4. @teg---she has work consistently over the past few years so I am pretty certain she has her own money.

  8. Some money, it spend so easy....Timberlake's.

(I decided I shouldn't be too mean though. Good on Jessica for perhaps saving that lady's X-mas.)

  11. The gesture was very nice, wherever the money came from.

  12. I guess we now know the term "all movie" doesn't preclude individuals who have done a lot of TV work considering Biel got her start on 7th Heaven and that's prob her best known role still.

So for future "all movie" actor/actress blinds,we know not to eliminate people who have done even a significant amount of TV work in the past lol.

  13. Wouldn't have guessed this one because of the "all movie." I immediately think of Seventh Heaven when it comes to Jessica Biel. Speaking of Seventh Heaven, where's Barry Watson?

  14. I thought she was on 7th heaven must been a typo. @frenchgirl right coop and lebuff going to get their kindness blind next.

  15. Never cared about her, but this was a nice thing to do.

A little OT (get over it): A couple of nights ago Mr. B and I watched "Trouble with the Curve". Mr. B knows nothing about actor's private lives unless I tell him. At the end he said "You know, Justin Timberlake can't act to save his life, but he comes across as a really likeable guy" I would agree with this.

    1. Susan, my husband just asked if Trisha Yearwood was Miley's mom. We were watching her cooking show. He's so clueless.

  16. Timberlake has crafted his public image to be likeable but I don't buy it.

  18. Just because she can't act her way out of a paper bag doesn't mean she's an awful person; that was very sweet of her to do that, and yes, she does have her own money, too (although since they are married, she would technically have rights to half of his as well).

Back in '93, I saw Hole playing at a small club in Athens, GA; Courtney had apparently broken the heel on one of her rather expensive shoes, and made a crack about "Teen Spirit" money, but then followed it up by saying very firmly, "No, I paid for these with my own money!" (Which, considering that Hole had just signed w/DGC records and, IIRC got a $1 million advance while recording Live Through This, she certainly had. Even split four ways, $250K will still buy a hell of a lot of shoes...)

  20. I did the same in a convenience store around christmas time. I was trying to get my beer and chips and the woman in front of me with a kid, her card got declined for a $15 purchase.

I watched her dig through her wallet and noticed she had a food stamps card and just thought, for gods sake get out of my way.

I swiped my card for her, and paid for my stuff just to move her on.

So yea, no humanitarian value there. Is it possible Jessica just wanted her to get out of her way?

  21. Enty was saying "all movies" back then. It's "almost all movies" mow to mollify those of us who just can't stop bitching about semantics.

  22. She was the popular guess at the time, but we seemed to all think she did out of a bitchy need to speed things up and get out of her way rather than a niceness.

  23. Speaking of Seventh Heaven. Has anybody ever read the recaps that TWOP did of that show before the site got ruined by BRAVO? They were absolutely hilarious. http://www.televisionwithoutpity.com/show/7th-heaven/

Careful. They can be addictive and they might cause stomach pain from too much laughter.

  24. I don't understand the hating on Biel. She seems very grounded and doesn't seem to care what people think of her so I think this was the real her.
Oh and she has an elite posterior.
