Blind Item #5
This A+ list celebrity/rapper caused this male escort he had hired to have to go to the hospital after he was abused so violently during sex this past week. Our celebrity made him sign an agreement when he arrived and gave him a huge tip when he left. Hope it covered the hospital bill.

ReplyDeleteI'm no fake internet lawyer, but I didn't read anything about rape here. Offer some $300/hr rent boy $10k for rough shit, and many will probably take it. 2-3days in the hospital, but a month or more w/o having to bottom for any degenerate w/cash and a computer is likely considered a fair trade.
ReplyDeleteThat said, if the rough stuff wasn't spelled out in the agreement, then I would figure the confidentiality agreement wouldn't hold up in court. If it would, then any sociopath could get their victim to sign one and rape/beat/mutilate them with no recourse.
BDSM Slave contracts don't hold up if the sub has buyer's remorse, why would a confidentiality agreement? It is like the sign at a parking lot that says "We are not responsible...", nothing but bullshit to try and keep you from going after them.
I'm not an attorney. I don't know any of the details. I am just simply basing it on the few details that are known. Whatever the rent boy was asked to sign, may not hold up if it was signed after the injuries sustained. Even if it was signed prior, a contract cannot take precedence over an illegal act.
DeleteI'm not into this type of crazy sex. However, if one party lands in the hospital from rough sex, something went horribly wrong. A victim should not be paid off to keep silent, or worse, scared. Yes, I realize that it happens all of the time everywhere for lesser offenses and more. It's just not right. Even when men and women are getting paid for sex, they need to be protected when things get carried too far.
I am guessing Diddy. Or whatever he calls himself these days.
