  61. Eating now with me mum. Leftovers from last night. I finally made a successful dinner. Baked a chicken with lime and rosemary and garlic, with steamed carrots and salad and rolls. It i just as good left over. Yum. For desert, cantalope and very dark chocolate (Girardelli) with hazelnuts.

I'm telling you, I'm not a good cook. But I finally decided that I can throw things in the oven, roast, chicken, etc. and build a meal around it.

We are also drinking our fruits instead of eating them. Been having smoothies (peaches, strawberries and blueberries). It still has everything, pectin from the peel, and roughage.
