This drop dead gorgeous foreign born B list mostly movie actor who should be the next James Bond said that when he was on a movie set with this barely hanging on to A list mostly movie actress who is an Academy Award winner/nominee was shocked that the actress would spend her free time on set snorting heroin. ReplyDeleteI vote for Angelina Jolie. She's the only Award winner/nominee that I have ever heard of doing heroin, and I have never bought into her 180-degree spin from Hollywood freak to "Saint Angie." It also wouldn't surprise me if her health issues of late threw her into a relapse.

ReplyDeleteI think they're going to reboot Bond with someone younger, though. Idris Elba fits the idea of change. Young, black, high profile here and abroad (Thor, Pacific Rim, Luther, The Wire).
Jolie was in Forbes last month as the highest paid actress in Hollywood and Maleficent is coming out. Kidman is forever A+ (three Golden Globes, one Academy, a ton of others).
True, Reese works for hanging into A but I can't see it being her regardless of the drink episode. What about Halle Berry? Wasn't there a blind or something about her doing heroin ?

Tom Hardy is either B+/A- if not a full A at this point. He's not on the B list anymore. Hugh Jackman is way above B-list too. Think someone else, very good looking likely from the UK and not as well known.

ReplyDeleteI think it's Jean Dujardin. He was "OSS 117" (007 french parody), I'm guessing that's the clue. Actress is Cate Blanchett, she is talented but hasn't been in the spotlight for quite a while.(I mean blockbusters; general public remember her for benjamin button,lord of rings,etc... more recently hobbit, but it wasn't a big part)

ReplyDeleteI did love Prometheus more because of him. Mmmmm. Idris. And Prometheus was kinda like those shit Star Wars prequels. It only got really good when the big bad shows up at the end. Darth...Aliens.
Anyway, what about his co-star, Fassbender? He's very pretty, and is mostly movies. He's worked with Keira Knightly, Carey Mulligan, and Jennifer Lawrence to name a few who've been Oscar nominated.
