The mostly movies narrows the field to two. Isn't Ariel Winter on a TV show? I've never seen her in a movie. The two go-to movie teenagers are Elle Fanning and Chloe Moretz. And I'm not sure Moretz even has an older sister. She's usually papped with her brother or mother. So it must be Elle Fanning.
