Blind Item #7
This is a very disturbing story. A 14 year old teen who lives outside the country went into a police station last week with her parents to report that this A list mostly movie actor touched her and made her touch him. She and her parents were staying at a home next door to the actor and he invited them over to use his pool. The police said they would investigate, but nothing has happened yet. This comes from the wife of one of the policemen who was at the station that day when the teen came in with her parents.

Jesus Christ : wtf ever happened to confidentiality? What if its true? Leave it to the police to investigate & hope this actor doesn't get a whiff & come up with a defense because he's been alerted by BI's like this.

ReplyDeleteHere in UK we had an armed policeman (i.e special response) caught banging a married mistress whilst on duty.
He was sacked. He appealed. On the grounds that his kecks were round his ankles (sounds like a keeper), but he could still reach his gun in the event of an emergency.
He got re-instated.
Yeah most cops are honest, but some are worse than the people they are supposed to be chasing.

Here, we have cops sacked and charged and taken to court for even ACCESSING information which isn't relevant to any work they may undertake (eg their neighbor, ex wife or drug dealer) let alone disclosing this stuff. ReplyDelete@SingBlue, not necessarily. there are year-round residents in ibiza, and aside from that, it's common practice to lease out 'investment homes' to vacationers, so it isn't a stretch to see a local and a celebrity living next door to each other for either a short or extended stay. i've been there enough times to see it with my own eyes. and even if that were not the case in this situation, spain has been shelling out some big advertising bucks in giving the height of the season a family spin, so there is actually a growing number of 'family' packages (aimed primarily at the brits and the italians) to be found. don't buy too deeply into the stereotype of old.

ReplyDeleteThere was a similar bad rep in Faliraki, Greece about 10 years ago. Rivers of vomit and blood, queues round the block at the STD clinic etc. etc. So they cleaned it up and made it family friendly, so all the drunk Brit teens moved to Malia to carry on killing or screwing each other.
There's a huge number of former-business owners in Faliraki who hanker after that debauchery. Families don't have as much disposable Euros as teens, it would seem, sadly enough.

This is sad and awful, and this happens all the time all around the world to children, only parents and police either dont care or cant do anything. Its a global disgrace.
