What's the rule on half-sibling sex? Is it still incest? This former A-/B+ list mostly movie actress had sex with her half-brother about 18 months ago. She was out of her mind on drugs but he was stone cold sober. She wants to include the story in a new book but her publishers are scared of touching it.

Before you all high and mighty saying yuck understand this: Human brains are hardwired to be attracted those we see as resembling us who come from a physical distance. That said if the half siblings were not raised together they may not have strong family bonds.

(If this is meant to be those two, I think the "stone cold sober" is a fudged fact. I doubt Redmond would turn down the good shit.)

Courtney Love has a half-brother, Daniel Menely (and two half-sisters, Jaimee & Nicole Rodriguez).
Blake Lively has a half-brother, Jason (and two half-sisters, Lori & Robyn).
Lily Collins has three half-brothers, Simon, Nicholas & Matthew (and an adopted sister, Joely).
So everyone is pretty much in agreement that half siblings are a no go. What about step or adopted?
