ReplyDelete@MelOncholy, I agree about the thin shaming when they are losing it the right way, and are taking care of themselves. However, when someone is doing it unhealthy I think it is analogous to someone saying they look high or drunk. She isn't doing this through diet and exercise. She is using a drug.

Im a tall-y Timebob and my experience is that men are threatened by and insecure around us,they feel we make them look short. Say what you will, just my experience

ReplyDeleteHas Gwyneth had a hairline adjustment? It's so straight across at her forehead and looks strangely unnatural- like Anniston, which is why she NEVER wears her hair pulled straight back... She always always has whispies hiding the hairline. I also wish Gwyneth and Christina would go back to a more natural color. Yellow wasn't invented by nature and looks cheap.

ReplyDeleteChristina is beautiful but really needs to stop losing weight. This is the result of so much media attention on and verbal abuse about her weight gain last year.
ReplyDeleteAbout 20 years ago the company I worked for tried wooing Raquel Welch as a representative of a product line. She spent some time in our office, and I have to say she was simply stunning in person. Also very sweet. She always addressed us all by our first names and made a point of greeting us and saying good bye.
ReplyDeleteSadly, she didn't think it was the right product for her, and we ended up with Cheryl Tiegs. She never once spoke to any of us or made any type of eye contact. Just came in time after time, pretended to show interest in the line, and left.
