Five parts today.

Apparently in the battle between Man vs Food the diet won. Adam Richman has lost 60 pounds. Great for him but I miss the show.

Angela Simmons spent her birthday in much the same way she spends everyday. On the beach doing nothing.
Sienna Miller and Jamie Oliver had a beer and a shag. OK, just the beer. But he is married so he is in her target demo.
