This high ranking out of California government employee has been telling friends that her two year old baby was fathered by this married A list mostly movie actor who is having a great year.
I dont think Arnold, It sounds like it's a woman that is in Government and the A list actor is the father, who is not in politics. Maybe Matthew Mc and someone?

A woman out of Cali who is now high-ranking federally - that could be SO MANY people in so many different areas of government. The actor could also be one of a lot of actors this year. No idea.
If Leto is married his wife had better get to steppin'. He came on so hard to an actress on the GG red carpet that Giuliana looked and felt awkward. I can't remember who it was though, just that she had on a red gown. Sigh.
