This B-/C+ list mostly television actress has been as high as a B when she was starring on that huge network television monster hit. Since then she has worked here and there and has been on a hit show but it was premium cable so not that many people watched. Anyway she used to travel extensively and with an ex, visited a town in Africa and met with some women there who said there was no school because they could not afford to pay for a teacher. Our actress has been paying the entire salaries for two teachers for five years now and also paid for a new school to be built and computers and internet. She has done it all herself and has not asked for any other help or contributions.

ReplyDeleteNever watched Friends, I thought it was kind of silly the one time I tried - granted I'm out of the demographic. Anyway she's the only one who has made an impression on me - Web Therapy is brilliant. It's hard not to believe Lisa is not that character. She seems very grounded and real.

ReplyDeleteShe has the perfect career. She's recognizable, but not too famous, so she can keep it low-key, she has had steady work since at least "Mad About You", and she hasn't let fame go to her head. I love that she's the answer to this one. Good for her!

ReplyDeleteAunt Licky, as I understand it Lisa apparently was the smartest of all the people on friends and a good deal of those in the industry without it being exaggerated or being advertised (hello Sharon Stone).
