Blind Items Revealed

September 25, 2013

This actress is mostly movies. She did have a nice little cameo arc on a hit television show at one point. Anyway she is B list now but only thanks to a franchise otherwise she is C list with A list name recognition. She also is not that concerned with much that goes on in life other than her. Two days ago she was at an event and someone started talking to her about Kenya and what was going on there. The actress confessed to knowing nothing about it and then asked if there were going to be goody bags at the event before walking off to check.

Heather Graham

  1. Talking to her about Kenya Moore of RHOA fame? I wouldn't want to talk about her either.
    Just kidding.

  2. Did anyone watch Flowers in the Attic? I might have missed a thread.....anywho, it was terrible, Heather Graham was worse than the script! I thought I was watching a SNL movie spoof with the cue card reading. I was super excited, then super disappointed - should've known.

  3. That doesn't make her self absorbed. In her defense, she may not have wanted to talk about something she didn't know anything about. She's a very nice person and loves acting. Hell, I've walked away from conversations before to get to the goody bags! Have you ever seen what's inside those bags?! I can't fault her. She's one of the nice ones out there. Give her a break.

I agree @WritergirlinLa - she is definitely one of the nicest actresses around. And so beautiful in real life! Surgery or no surgery (and if she has had it, she must have the best surgeon ever), she looks absolutely flawless up close.

  4. I have never pictured Heather as being even close to being a member of MENSA. In fact her iq and chest size might be closer to each other.

  5. She got naked in a movie. I wouldn't expect her to know about current events.

    1. Uhhh, that is a strange line of reasoning. In fact, wanna hear about Kenya?
Or better yet..Goodie bags! Over there! Go on! There! Just GO!

  6. Does anyone know what happened to Lalaine from lizzy McGuire. There has to be a reason why she s not uating anymore. Did she accept a harrasment payout and was black listed. I always wonder.

  7. I wish she had thought of a better exit line..still better than her forcing someone to hear a stupid opinion on a subject she was unaware of..…
I would have been grateful she left...:-\

  8. Why is someone talking to her about Kenya at an industry event? Maybe she was just trying to avoid a tedious lecture from some know-nothing do-gooder.

  9. I agree with her, who cares about Kenya? I wouldn't want to waste my time listening to someone yap about it.

  10. Well, yes, and I'm totally willing to believe that she's super nice but she's also never struck me as super smart. I agree - this seems more like a lack of knowledge and possibly intelligence than it indicates self-absorption.

  11. Really??? 40 something year old actress who is that ignorant. It's people like her that give us the name "Ignorant American".

  12. She may be nice and beautiful, but she has no business in the acting profession. I like her, but only to look at her, then sad laugh at her artistic failures.
She would have more in common w Kenya Moore than the country.

  13. Hey geniuses, Kenya was in the news at the time due to the massive terrorist shooting at the mall. It was....kind of relevant. To anyone who pays any attention at all to the world that is.

  14. Chris - thanks for the timeline.

  15. I've never been a fan of Heather Graham, but there's no reason she should give a damn about whatever's going on in Kenya.

  16. @Chris: I pay attention to world news, and when I hear of conflict in Africa or the Middle East, I flip the channel, because it is nothing more than a rerun that will be on a constant loop until there are some successful genocides or we get hit by another asteroid.

  17. Her acting in the Flowers in the Attic movie was horrible and she should be taken out back and flogged for it! I'll never get that time back...

  19. I hate to say this but my reaction to the mall/terrorist news?
    A MALL?
Maybe since " Dawn of the Dead" I can't get all worked up over the Whole terrorist In a mall thing. They survived against Zombies
WE shoot schoolchildren! THAT is terrorism
It just seemed a little weak...
( I'll be in my corner)

  20. I feel sorry for her, because at her age and with her schtick, the acting jobs are drying up. She's going to have to play mothers, drunks, and first wives.

  21. I agree with Kimba. She is so laughably bad in Flower in the Attic. She wasn't great in Scrubs, but she pretty much ruined the movie - I ended fast-forwarding to the end.

  22. Meh, mb just not in the mood for kenya that day, who knows? Can't indict her on basis of one remark.

  23. I thought she was good in the movie Compulsion.

  24. Maybe the person asking about Kenya is a known blowhard that only talks current events to show how smart they are? That could be a likely scenario as well. Also nothing worse than being dragged into a conversation about something you know nothing about and have the other person just bark information at you.

  25. She's super sweet and genuine so while she may not be a member of Mensa idk the context in which this occurred. Perhaps as Sherry mentioned above some pseudo intellectual douche was annoying the heck out of her and she made the excuse to escape.

  26. I would want to think that there is a time and a place to discuss tragic events happening around the world. Events where celebrities gather and collect goodie bags isn't one of them (suggesting an award show, or film festival).

And who would have thought making a movie about a series of books like Flowers in the Attic would be a good idea--especially when it is Lifetime airing it? Some books are better left untouched by the movie industry.

  27. Graham may be nice but she is deeply stupid. Good luck to her, at least she's not a bitch.

Current events are often discussed at social and industry events. It's normal.

Everyone should have at least a basic knowledge about what is going on in the world. Not everyone does but basking in pride over one's ignorance is a red flag for questionable character.

  28. Sounds like she just wasn't interested in engaging that particular person in conversation.

  29. She's basically had to take her clothes off to get acting roles, just let the girl look at the goody bags if she wants to.

  30. I'm so sick of caring about "Africa" anything! I cared about it when I had my "Feed the World" in the 80's thinking what I was doing would help them. Fast forward 30 years and now you read that Africans get pissed when something else happens in the world. Then crates of food quit coming their way. They were pathetic when the Tsunami happened.

  31. The longer we feed em, the longer it will take for them to die down to a population their land can support.

  32. I have a lot more respect for Heather than I do for so many of the Hollywood loudmouths that have no clue what they are talking about.
