Today's Blind Items- Trapped
This former A list celebrity is world famous. If you want to talk about name recognition it is A++. It does not mean he is universally liked or admired though. In fact, he has a lot of haters. If they knew more about his personal life they would dislike him even more. How about the girlfriend who he forced to lose 25 pounds even though she was already underweight. He said it didn't look right for him to have a fat girlfriend. Apparently he doesn't see any issues with having a girlfriend who is slowly starving to death to keep him happy. He will never get married again because he says that girlfriends are hungrier and will do what you want because they always think there is a ring coming. Once they get the ring he says, "they aren't worth s**t." One celebrity girlfriend was promised a ring repeatedly and gave up her career for the guy. She had a great career and he refused to let her do anything but be with him. He said it was her job and because he kept saying and promising they would get married she agreed. When he found the woman half her age he dumped her by text and told her that her things were being boxed and shipped to her home and that the locks had already been changed. The guy is a tool who traps these girlfriends into horrible conditions and knows they won't leave him because he takes away anything independent they had.

DeleteThat's a good guess. There was that Lauren Holly, who actually had a healthy, rising career until she got with him and disappeared off the face of the earth for awhile. I can't remember if they got married or not. And Jenny McCarthy, she didn't much while she was with him, either. She was always perpetually rumored to be about to do something, but most of that never panned out.

DeleteGood guess , too. This fits the "known, but disliked" portion of the blind better than the Jim Carrey guess. Only thing, Sheryl kept her career going while she was with him. I think she even still toured.

ReplyDeleteI thought that perhaps this referred to a political figure - someone like Prince Albert (yes, I know he's married now but he certainly had many girlfriends and probably still does). Maybe it's the Sarkozy brother dating one of the Olsen twins. She'd certainly qualify for starving. I dunno - just some ideas.

ReplyDeletePretty much all of the above could loosely fit this blind. It's easy to blame the women for enabling him, but it's a lot harder to see when you're on the inside of a relationship like that. It probably doesn't help much, if he picks younger women with stars in their eyes.
