  1. Wow, that was out of nowhere.

Good for him! Love the Pat patdown.

  2. people are saying that it was rigged, but if he was cheating he would have thrown out a couple of fake answers first

  3. We saw this. No way it was rigged. He was an awesome player. I can see words as well. I always have the answer well before the contestants. But not last night. (I was on the show 20 years ago and had bad luck at the wheel. My kids still love to watch the tape.) Anyhow I felt bad for the ladies playing against him last night as they were good, but he was phenomenal.

  4. I actually saw it on tv last night. Cause I'm 100 years old...

  5. I would LOVE to be on the show but I'd end up leaving with the consolation prize.

  6. The "new" part was pretty much a given but I was trying to make moon fit as I watched, not enough letters for rising as the third, though.

Zero way buggy would have popped into my head, much less baby.

Neat Jenny! That's really cool that you were on the show :)

  8. Good for you, bflo! I was on the very last televised morning show (with the shopping). Good ol' Rolf found out that very day he was getting the ax. My ex (then) husband was glaring at me to win him a boat. Never more nervous in my life and everyone in the studio was depressed that the morning show was being cancelled. Nice of them to announce before last taping of the day, huh? Over all depressing, but like I said, the kids still get a kick out of making fun of me and my faces bankrupt after lose a turn after bankrupt...ha ha ha.

  15. Maybe we should ask him where the missing plane is? That was pretty amazing!

  19. @bacon my first thought was new moon rising as well. And then he solved it before I could switch my thoughts around! :)

  20. The delay in revealing that he got it correct is was what got me. They didn't expect him to get it straight out the gate and had to catch up to him.

  21. I suck at these kind of puzzles but even before he picked his 4 additional letters I guessed New Baby Smell. I didn't have a guess after the M was revealed as not a letter but I would think someone who is good at this could guess it.

  22. I want to see these old Wheel tapes, y'all! Don't tease us!

I think I'm more like a middle of the road player, maybe an inch better, but I only think that because I'm pretty decent w words. I do really well on certain song and trivia shows, I always wanted to do that Rock n Roll trivia show hosted by Sugar Ray. I also wanted to do Sugar Ray, but that's ongoing. :):):)
