Back in the day Charlie started having sex with Brooke Mueller and hates Denise Richards. Hated her. Brooke joined in on the hate and Denise went to court and won a huge amount of child support and also made sure that Charlie could never see his daughters without supervision. Fast forward a few years to when Charlie starts hating Brooke and then Denise is his best buddy and starts giving her more money than the court ordered and buys her a house down the street from the one she already has and they go on vacations together and when Brooke goes to rehab gives Denise even more money to watch his kids.
Then Charlie starts having sex with his latest porn star and hates Brooke and Denise until Brooke starts doing what Charlie wants and Denise refuses because Charlie is a violent abusive drug addict who has a fetish for young women that borders on criminal. Charlie puts in his teeth that replaced his crack and meth ravaged ones and decides that he isn't going to pay Denise the $55K a month he is ordered by the court to pay and to kick her out of the home he bought her. He will go to jail if he doesn't pay the child support he owes which is about $137K. He can sell the house Denise is in but he will just end up buying her a new one when he gets disenchanted with his current flame so he might as well just let her stay. I think she still has the other one on the same street so what he is really accomplishing?
I thought you told us Denise refused the extra $$$ when she was watching Charlie and Brooke's boys?

ReplyDeleteI feel bad for Denise. She tries to do what's best for the kids, tried to help Brooke and Charlie by taking in their twins, and Charlie puts her through the wringer. I would like to see Denise get a house in her name that Charlie can't touch, then let Charlie have supervised visitation (not at her home). Quit going on trips with him, just lessen her contact with him.

Not having the kids is not a reason to get reduced support payments at all - it would be clearly the opposite. He is not hurting her, just his children. No doubt Denise has a good lawyer.

Take the kids and go live somewhere quiet and peaceful. If he wants to see them he'll make an effort. If not then the kids still win because he's out of their lives.

She's a good mother but needs to step away now. The girls are getting big now and know what's happening.

His daughters are old enough to sense and grasp the level of fuckery going on. It must be painful to think that your father wants to withdraw support from you just because he wants to punish your mother for standing up for you and doing her best to keep you safe in such a deplorable situation.
Denise is probably getting her ducks in a row to fight this move. He can't just refuse to pay court ordered support without repercussions.

This is a heck of a way to live a life - not good for the girls, not good for Denise or her father. Takes a toll on you. By the way, that third child Denise has is also Charlies he had with some prostitute. That child has issues. Denise needs to have all child support paid directly to the probation department who will then send it to her. He doesn't pay, probation goes after him. If he doesn't abide by the rule someone has to be with him when he is with children, then he doesn't see the kids, period. they really don't need him in their lives anyway. Some guy that comes in once in awhile - who needs it.
