This A list mostly movie actress did gender selection for her new baby because her significant other insisted on it. He has also already chosen the name of the baby and has plans to have an agreement in place to get full custody of the baby if something happens between the couple causing a split.

DeleteJust because there is mention of the fact of an agreement that would be in place in case of a split, does not mean she signed a piece of paper. He could have some damaging evidence against her, which could lay waste to any sort of joint custody plan.

Unless it's the case that she's really only a beard for Olivier, agreeing to create a child who they intend will be raised by Olivier when they divorce, after a "suitable" amount of time. A la Debbie Rowe & Michael. ??

Gender selection but no genetic tests to be sure the poor kid wasn't gifted with crazy?!?!?!?! Those chrosomes need counting too!
ReplyDeleteOh good theory, hope that agreement was signed after ILA though, independent legal advice. That's a way to void the deal and in the end most courts say the interest of the child supersedes everything - the kid could get her own lawyer and in fact I seem to recall that in many jurisdictions you cannot make child custody arrangements in prenup or marriage contracts.

ReplyDeleteI hate people trying to play God for stupid crap like this. I am fine with curing cancer or other genetic reasons (cures, etc) but this is BS. I co-sign with Oopsy Daisy..she is a pathetic excuse of a mother even if she might not be their biological mother - which shouldn't even matter because to those babies, she is mom! I have seen animals be better mothers than her. Ugh!

Halle is more attentive to her Oscar than her children. I imagine several times a day she gently and lovingly polishes it and gazes at the jaundice reflection staring back at her. She coos in Lil Oscar's gold plated ear whispering "I looove you. We belong together and no one will take you away from me. NO one!"

Wasn't there a blind revealed recently about Halle using a surrogates eggs to skip the poss of baby getting her crazy?

ReplyDeleteSo Olivier was involved enough to participate in and know about gender selection but NOT the fact that the doctors never harvested Halle's own eggs and she used those of a donor??? This all according to Enty. IVF & egg harvesting are an incredibly time consuming and involved process (she would have had to have taken tons of hormones via daily injections) so something isn't adding up here unless the suggestion is that she went through all of that just to "trick" him and then had the doctors do a swap out with another woman's eggs and also did the same thing with Gabriel! LOL. Doubtful....

DeletePJ, the original surrogate egg blind mentioned that the current BF, Martinez, didn't care if Halle used the eggs of others. It would be Gabriel who would be mighty pissed if he knew Nahla is not Halle's biological child. That makes sense given how much of Gabriel's money has been wasted fighting to see his daughter over Crazy Halle's stonewalling and lies.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like Martinez was a partner in the whole pregnancy process, if both blinds are combined. The reason Halle wanted so badly to move to France, possibly, is so she could hide her pregnancy arrangements there. People in L.A. talk. France has stricter laws about what rumors can be printed.

ReplyDeleteGender selection is useful when it comes to diseases that mostly occurs with specific genders. Like if you're a carrier for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, you'd want gender selection because that's a disease that occurs ONLY with boys.
