Funny story. I had a friend who was a camera man doing industrial films. A woman submitted her reel (yes it was VHS back then kids)to see if she could work with this production company. Hint, if you do send out a reel never use a previously used tape. When they got to the end, it was her and her man doing it. And IT was the most boring sex of all time. At one point she actually fell asleep and her boyfriend had to poke her to wake up. She didn't get the job but she got noticed!

ReplyDelete@Sherry The same thing happened to Chelsea Handler a decade ago. She had a sample of her stand-up routine that she sent on VHS to various agents/bookers. And in the middle of it, there was a few seconds of her being boned in doggy style, boobs and "O" face proudly on display.
ReplyDeleteShe claims it was a fake she intentionally added to the audition tape and that she actually shows at her parties.
The really funny thing is that apparently nobody reached the segment on her video at the time, given that her stand-up wasn't very good. A few years ago, when she was already famous, somebody found a copy, watched it more carefully and released the few seconds.
Still, it's quite strange that, if she showed the videos at her parties, no guest has remembered seeing it.
