This A list mostly television actor who is amazingly cool and funny and has a huge franchise spent several hours this week getting a little lipo on his moobs.

At first I thought of Steve Carell (honorable mention), but after some research I'm gonna say Michael J Fox. Tons of TV, 'Back to the Future' was a huge franchise, and he's amazingly cool and funny.
You could also sub in 'Homeward Bound' for the franchise ;)
While any of the guys you have guessed thus far may have also had a little work done this week, it is NOT the guy I know who had surgery this week. I am very curious now, though, who DID violate patient privacy.
Been thinking. Given that such a juicy detail about his procedures (i.e. the fat transfer) was missing from this blind item, I think the leak had to have come from somebody in the actor's inner circle. He would fess up to the lipo to people, but not the fat transfer.
@Reindyr, but would Michael J. Fox, who is probably heavily medicated for his Parkinson, really go trough an totally not necessary major surgery?
James Spader? I don't know if he is funny or cool, but he is A-list, mostly televison in those past 15 years, and Boston Legal is part the The Practice/Boston Legal/Boston Practice franchise...
