This A list mostly movie actress, who is an Academy Award winner spent 45 minutes on a recent flight having the nanny of her kids change the kids into different outfits for what would look best for a five second pap opportunity.

If its kidman, her kids are adorable. And surrogate means her egg, his sperm so baby does look like her. And it isnt wrong to want your kids to look their best. I do it with my grandchildren all the time!
If the kids got off the plane with chewing gum in their hair and Nutella smudges on their faces, and sharpie stains on their clothes from colouring in during the flight, everyone would be bitching.

It was probably a gestational surrogate. Someone else had used them for both her kids. Trying to remember who.
