Blind Item #1- The ESPY'S

This A- list celebrity might do some work for the parent company but that doesn't mean that anyone from ESPN actually likes her except for the two or three guys in a position to give her jobs. The rest of the employees can't stand her and were thrilled when she left the network. She was probably the most whispered about person last night. Evil was about the nicest thing anyone said about her. Oh, she does show up for work on time. I guess that is more of a positive.

  1. Shoot. I know nothing of these. I will have to wander over to the DM and see what they have to say.

  2. I second Erin Andrews. She probably orchestrated that whole hotel room filming thing. It certainly boosted her career significantly.

  3. The more I see of Erin, the more wooden she comes across.

  4. I was listening to some sports show yesterday and they were talking about how she may be the most hated person in the industry.

  7. It an awards show run by ESPN Becky. The Espy is the trophy they give to the winners of the categories. Its total b.s.

  8. My husband had this on last night. It was so dull.

The Erin Andrews gossip is juicy.

  9. Erin's the worst. I say that as a female sports fan. I don't have an opinion on the whole hotel room peeping deal (I don't know enough about it), but what I do know is that she doesn't add value to the sports broadcasts she's on. And her hair extensions annoy the heck out of me. But mostly, her sideline work annoys the heck out of me.

  10. IMHO, whenever a sports program is on and if Erin Andrews is not working it, there is often an Erin Andrews-wannabe on the sidelines or behind the news desk. It's just interesting that the industry allegedly hates her and then tries to duplicate her.

And, not trying to play devil's advocate, but I do give hate on a successful woman in a man-dominated industry a bit of a side eye. I'm sure a lot of her haters are bursting with jealousy.

    Just my married-to-a-sports-nut 2 cent.

  11. The unfiltered footage of her they showed on DWTS was awesome. She was hilarious.

  12. She has such an annoying voice. Nasally and whiny. Get a voice coach, like 10 years ago.

  13. I loathe Erin Andrews and yep

  14. I agree that it's Erin. I'm not looking forward to her NFL on FOX sideline reporting this year.

  19. It would have to be Erin Andrews or Robin Roberts. Roberts gets lots of press for basically being a saint but you never know. I thought it was a little strange that Andrews was there since she left ESPN to go to Fox. I know she is best buddies with Chrissy Teigen so maybe that is why she showed

  20. The Robin Roberts guess really perked my curiosity.

Remember the rumors about the total battle field that GMA was, then Josh made a hasty exit?

This guess has some legs behind it.

  21. "Working for the parent company" means she worked at ESPN only to move on to ABC (not FOX like Erin). So Robin fits better than Erin. Always knew that Roberts 'goody-good-good" act was only a act.

  22. Fox kicked Pam Oliver to the curb for Erin Andrews. I see disaster waiting to happen.
