I don't see Khloe being former A. I feel like her star, or notoriety, is actually on the rise. This could be because I watch Wendy Williams a good three times a week late night, and she's always talking about the Katrashians. But, I don't see Khloe as being former A.
But, alas. I have no guesses. I was initially thinking Nicole Richie, but she's still hitched.
If he said foreign born then I could see it being Kelly Brook. Ashley Simpson has a thing for light skinned black guys (Pete Wentz is also part black) so I think she is genuine. Also as far as I know Ashlee made her fame in singing not reality television.
