Wouldn't a restaurant have insurance to cover something like the Villa Blanca lawsuit? Or do the policies not cover sexual harassment? Would they all still be stuck with the lawyers' fees, regardless?

ReplyDeleteI think it is Lisa, but would think she would gave both liability and sexual harassment insurance. If not, shame on her attorney for not pointing out the need, especially with the assumed drama to be created via a reality show at her restaurant.
