Brooke Mueller Did Drugs And Had Sex In Front Of Her Kids

Brooke Mueller is being sued by her former personal assistant. The assistant, Lior Masaphor worked for Brooke for four months in late 2012 to early 2013. He was paid $2400 each month to work for Brooke, but this is a job that you probably wouldn't want to have. He says in his complaint that he averaged about 130 hours per week of work so she owes him overtime. So far that sounds like most lawsuits filed by former assistants. What makes this one different is that in his complaint he says that Brooke made him go buy her drugs and then when he would come back with the drugs she would use them to the point of passing out, often with other people. He also says that she would use the drugs in front of her two sons. In addition to the drug use in front of her sons, the former assistant says that Brooke would engage in sex acts in front of her kids and in front of the assistant. There were multiple partners and multiple occasions that this happened and he wants money for pain and suffering and a hostile work environment. I don't know what this guy expected when he went to work for Brooke, but this is probably what I would expect. She was at the time this happened an out of control drug user who is never going to win parent of the year. Did he think he would just be getting her coffee? Balancing her checkbook? It is not like her work schedule was all that demanding. I think her days consisted of drugs and sex and trying to pretend she was a good mom so she could get her kids back. I wish this guy would have come forward when the judge was trying to decide whether to give the kids back to Brooke.

    2. Exactly FSP, most phones have cameras on them. Record the shitty boss/co-worker. Without it it's your word against theirs. That said, I doubt anyone think this assistant is lying.

    Morning guys!

  6. Also, not everyone had the luxury of being picky about work. If you need a job you'll take what you can get.

    1. I'm with you, IJU. It's all well and good to say "what did he expect," and his hands might not be clean, but four years ago was the depths of the recession and £2400/pm not exactly rolling in the dough, is it?

Given a normal 40-hour work week, it's $15 an hour; at 130 hrs per week you're looking at appx $4.60, for performing and witnessing illegal acts (I somehow assume sex in front of a minor is illegal, but actually no idea).

Anyway, I loathe this whole "what did he expect" mentality. Maybe he expected a job as a personal assistant, performing legal tasks.

  10. Those poor boys!!! Having Charlie and her as parents well that's just fucked. They make mine look half decent and this is coming from a do not answer mums calls after 5 o'clock policy that me and my sisters have. It's when her wine has kicked in and she will repeat herself over and over.

    2. My sis and I operate on the 7pm mom call cut off. The other day I answered at 7:30, I didn't realize it was late, my mistake! Maybe our mom's should get "wino forever" tats? She thinks she's some fancy French chef like Julia child, but I think some of the wine made it on the duck when Julia cooked it :-)

Could your mum please phone me, instead? My parents are boring. She can even reverse the charges.

    1. Lol! It's a done deal! She works at a funeral home as an undertaker and feels it's her duty to tell you every detail. She also has a habit if raising her voice in a high pitched tone if you call her out on anything. Eg; mum did you say it was to much on you when I Stayed to my sister.
"No, no! No Kate I would never day that" ( in a high pitched voice). Oh and she gets drunk and attacks your friends on Facebook for making a joke. Fun times

    2. Kms-i feel bad saying this about my deceased mom, but she had this thing where if she ate out, she wld guve u every detail of the meal. So i had the fish, first you get a salad- and it was a good salad-with homemade dressing-and on and on. Then over again for everyone at table! Lol. I am ashamed now at how i hated that; id give anything to hear it again. Oh, and she wasnt drunk. Lol

  12. Word @FSP. If you witness that kind of behaviour and then complain about not getting enough money for it, instead of oh, I don't know, calling CPS, then your broke a** doesn't deserve a penny.

  13. Thats pretty messed up, Enty. Hope the kids dont remember any of it.

  14. Okay, okay, the guy did wrong. But still, in this scenario, she had all the financial power.

Dunno. Can't believe I'm defending someone who is probably a worm. #feckinggrumpy

  15. Although I think Brooke is an awful parent and should not have custody of her kids, I wonder if this is exaggerated. 130 hrs a week seems too high even with a task master boss. That leaves less than 6 hrs a day for sleep and all other personal time - commuting to work, shopping, paying bills, hanging with friends, etc. Unless he was partaking in the drugs, I don't know how anyone could keep that pace for long.

I have no desire to minimize what must be a very difficult situation for you and your siblings, but...Holy crap, someone give that woman a reality show! An undertaker!

  17. California is the most fucked up place on the planet. People are taxed through the wazoo for every possible social service and Child Protective Services leave those boys with that piece of shit? They are doomed. And Charlie Sheen should be sterilized.

Do you think she complains to the dead people about her children not taking her calls?

    ReplyDelete
  19. So he didn't have a phone to call CPS? Couldn't be bothered to look up the number during one of his drug runs?

There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for allowing that behavior in front of children.

  20. I hope this is a lesson for CPS. Next custody hearing for Those kids, call all past and present assistants for both Charlie and Brooke and take full statements.

  21. What do you mean enty, what did he expect? At the very least that there wldnt be drugs or sex in front of kids!! He didnt do anything wting; brooke is a batshit crazy junkie, and i guarantee u she wld fail a drug test rightthisminute. I hope the guy gets mola and cps takes those already damaged kids away.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Dear god those kids have approximately zero chance. she needs to kill herself. Or, best case scenario: murder/suicide w Charlie. One can only hope.

  23. Those kids are already damaged and have had issues with violence.http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2487972/Denise-Richards-custody-Charlie-Sheens-violent-twins.html

  24. So wait a minute. What drugs was she doing that she passed out from? I thought she was meth or crack. And if she did pass out wouldn't that be your cue to go the hell home? Like Meanie said I think the hush money
    dried up on this one.

@KMS..I know how you feel. Thank goodness my mother doesn't call me all the time and I heard she stopped driking!! But she's a horrid repeater as well. AND says the word "whatver" to punctuate every sentence!

  25. I've never seen a want ad for a personal assistant that requires the pick up of illegal drugs. He should have quit there and there.

I have no sympathy for anyone who agrees to deliver their employee's drug habit.

  26. This guy is an idiot. I wouldn't work if I didn't get paid.

    ReplyDelete
  27. I think this dope should be prosecuted for endangering a minor(s). Why did this person not call social services (or whoever) if they were witness to this shit happening in front of the kids? What does it take for someone to recognize imminent harm? Sounds like this assistant was too much in it for the $$. Serves them right for not getting paid. Asshole!
