In honor of the 278 hours of Simpsons viewing in front of many of us, I thought I would throw out a few about the cast and guest stars of the show.
#1 - This voice on the show got divorced because their heterosexual partner confessed to a same sex relationship.
#2 - The first time this A list mostly television actor was a guest, and he has been on frequently, he had sex with a woman, not his wife at the time in the recording studio.
#3- This actress with a unique voice and look will never get married to anyone because she doesn't want to share her Simpsons millions. She has never actually been on the show though.

ReplyDeleteAnd Sam Simon actually gets millions every year, even if he hasn't worked on the show for two decades. He was instrumental in getting the show started, but he didn't get along with Groening and James L. Brooks, and is notoriously hard to work with (George Carlin was blunt about him), so he was asked to step down quite early.
Yeah I'm curious how Tilly is associated with the show. Gleaned nothing out of her IMDB. Never shows he being married either.

3-Tilly, I remember a 60 mins interview with her ex, that they had her for a little also, she gets a cut also from their divorce, she doesn't need to work anymore & plays poker alot.
Tilly was married to Simon for the first 6months of the Simpsons. Because of that, she has made 9figures from the show. Sam said this on the Stern show.

!. Azaria/Hunt seemed to begin and end abruptly with no explanation. She was rumored to be in a relationship with Helen Slater and hung around with a gay crowd. After Azaria, she had a baby. Not sure if she and baby daddy married.

ReplyDeleteSam left the Simpsons in 1993 but still gets paid for the show, so Jenn gets a chunk of that money. He was also married to Playboy playmate Jami Ferrell. Who knows what her deal is. He traveled across Canada last December with Pamela Anderson to raise awareness about the annual seal hunt.

Helen Hunt and Hank Azaria never did well. IMDB says a 17 month marriage. Longer than I though, but I think they busted up like 3 months after marriage and it took another year to get divorced.

Agree w/Kelsey Grammer and Sam Simon guesses. If I remember correctly, Sam gets 10mil a year Simpsons money. I was so sad to hear that he has terminal cancer, he seems like such a nice dude - he's done a lot of great work w/dog rescue.
