All three of those guesses are of teens who are tiny! Hollywood people are such assholes.
A haunting new short film starring Elle Fanning portrays the horrors of bulimia, but some say the depiction is somewhat too accurate.
Directed by Rodrigo Prieto with the help of his 19-year-old daughter Ximena, who was anorexic in her early teens, The Likeness stars Elle Fanning as a girl troubled by body image issues as she tries to physically tear her own skin off in self-disgust.
But while some claim the film truthfully captures the psychological agony of an eating disorder, others warn that it is more harmful than helpful for those who actually struggle with disordered eating.

This really pisses me off. Something needs to change in the fashion world. Stop promoting eating disorders you assholes!
Shouldn't we as a group of Compassionate CDaNers be outing/shame guessing the Designer & not the poor kid??
G'Morning Peeples!! :)--
i'v bn MIA for a bit, jumin in sporadically
@rolo good to see ya...
Yes, we should....and that list is endless.....designers are some of the worst culprits.....
They are all assholes so we dont need to pick and choose. They design for the skinny.
morning rolo.
NOT DEFENDING THIN CULTURE! But i wld say to actress, this is career you hv chosen. Is the satisfaction from acting greater than the hurt of these inane remarks? This is a business that constantly finds fault with you. Can u seperate yourself from the actress to person? Because to survive u wll hv to. And hugs.
And who is the asshole designer?
+ 1000000000
Probably Kunty Karl.
+. 100000 Agreed
The list will be huge. There should be a website dedicated to it, like Rotten Tomatoes is to film.
I applaud the attempts by some like Tyra Banks and the Plus Size models who have/are trying to use their celeb abilities to address.
Every day here there are pics of celebs with stick legs and arms, looking thinner than those feed the children ads...no comments. However if a woman doesn't have a concave stomach everyone guesses she must be pregnant. In the real world women have curves if they're healthy..it's time Hollywood caught on.
Smart to start that statement w a disclaimer! This is a great point
cgm just to be different
would have said ariel winter but she's tv
The Breslin girl.
Excellent idea!
Someone needs to do a documentary or a series and really skewer the fashion industry once and for all.
I read this morning that two designers at NYC Fashion Week actually had models of different sizes and different body types. Je suis shocked.
To me if you are truly a GREAT designer you should be able to design for any body and make anybody look good.
At least some of the designers actually make clothes larger than size 10 in ready to wear.
I also agree though, instead of making yourself upchuck your next meal you just say to the designer, well I guess you just lost all my business and patronage, and I will tell everyone what happened oh guess I did since CDAN has posted this as a blind and I should have said, take your shoes and stuff em up your skinny arses.
Then you take your sweet six 6 self to a designer who wants your business. No one designer is the only game in town.
#1 - if this girl is a TEEN then she doesn't have a lot of money to threaten designers with losing her business and can barely be responsible for "choosing" acting as a career - prob all she knows.
#2 - Elle (not Ellie) Fanning is more likely a 4 and not a 6.
#3 - Abigail Breslin is a good guess for this blind.
Hailee Steinfeld was showing off shoes at the Michael Kors Young Hollywood event.
Isabelle Fuhrman also there.
It's amazing how Americans keep getting larger and models/actresses keep getting smaller. Major disconnect. Being told you're overweight when you aren't is horrible, can really mess with a young person's mind.
Why do people (mainly women) want to look like walking skeletons? It is totally unhealthy and absurd!
"Sorry, we only carry sizes 1, 3, and 5. You could try Sears."
When you have gay men who are obsessed with young boys designing clothing for women who physically resemble young boys, there's a large part of your problem IMHO. it's like those guys (Karl comes to mind) doesn't even like women that look like women. When I was super skinny I remember trying on a Ralph Lauren outfit that was 75% off and the pants were ridiculously small even though the tag was my "size". That suit was sized for a child not an adult.
You just hit the nail on the head. +1 million.
What is a US size 6? I think it's an Australian size 10. Which is healthy. Go to hell for messing with a young woman's health and self esteem. Seriously, it's sick.
The truth is most designer sample sizes are US size 0 or at most 2 and that's what they want to give out. Sophia Vergara says she was either turned down or sent unfitable gowns before she was a big name and they would then give her a dress made for sale.
They probably didn't tell the poor girl that, though, and she is not self-confident enough to say eff you, I'll find someone who will fit me.
I am sick of hearing all the rationalizations for the fashion industry producing such ridiculously small sample sizes. Curves are beautiful and we need REAL models again. Cindy Crawford, Christie Brinkley, Brooke Shields ALL have and had amazing figures and their bones were not sticking out. I will never forget seeing Kate Moss on the cover of Cosmo the first time when I was young. I was tiny, but I saw that picture and thought I was fat.
