This former B+ list mostly movie actress is in the world of television now and owes it all to her ex. He is an A list mostly television actor who was surprised when his ex started hitting on him last year. They had grown to the point where they hated each other because he was always cheating on her and they got into some truly awful fights when they were married. Suddenly she was being really nice and one thing led to another and they started having sex again even though he is dating a B list television/movie actress. After a few months of the pick up the kids and have sex routine the former wife said she was hoping to get cast in a part and it just so happened that her ex-husband was on a show run by the guy. So, he made a few phone calls and got her the job. Right after it started filming she dumped her ex.

ReplyDeleteEh... no, not true. I mean the sex part between Duchovny and Leoni. She threatened and bribed him with something else (as usual),. And she got the job for political reasons, no connection to Duchovny whatsoever. CBS is already regretting it, believe me.

Damocles , please don't say that an actor with limited talent is going to become a political leader. :( just because these people are in the public eye, doesn't make them fit for office.

ReplyDeleteI know image and PR is important in Hollywood, but after all the lies and secrets, I just can't imagine living my life that way. People in Hollywood pay so much money to cover their secrets. I mean in this case I believe the entire situation was handles poorly. If Tea is bribing her ex David because he has secrets, whether it is having kids Gillian or not that is an all time low. I guess that is how hollyweird. As a child just imagine being in this tangled web.
ReplyDelete@Damocles I'm still a bit new to the entire Gillian and David story line of what happen in the past, so I just have two questions;
1. why did David got married so quickly?
2. Why did Gillian got divorce so quickly?
I have an idea on both scenario.. I know PR was probably a big part of it back then
I also read Tea is dating Tim I just believe that is so PR maybe to increase ratings for the show
I remember my friend that introduce me to the x-files movie in 2008 said back in the day, actors were not allow to date because it might hurt their chances of having a hit tv show or movie. Now I notice its the complete opposite. I never been interested in any celebs, but the David and Gillian story line is one for the history books.
Their storyline is really sad in a way, that's why I'm intrigued by it. What makes it really sad is that if they are single, and they want to go public, his ex still holds the cards to this.
I never seen the new show tea is on, but I think madame secretary has to do with Hillary Clinton running for the next presidential election.I think that's the the political link....
