ReplyDeleteProbably in an effort to keep out cigarbutt and friends from impersonating people. With the exception of 1 message apologizing to people cigar had insulted under my id, none of those posts were from me.
ReplyDeleteI dont understand why he doesnt enable mandatory sign ins for this site... this just wasnt thought out very well I dont think.
The comments on the mobile site will be working by Monday or Tuesday. The comment system had to be changed to be able to accommodate the new mobile site and to also give everyone a unique log in for not only mobile but desktop too.
ReplyDeleteI think that might be happening now Eros, I have been having problems trying to comment since late last night asking me to log in and then it goes back to normal name and email sign in.
ReplyDeletelooks like he will be using Disqus as the comment tool, you have to log in with a unique ID for that so the imposter trolls should be gone. I normally don't like the Swipe mobile sites but for CDaN I think it works.

ReplyDeleteGlad to hear disqus is going to be the new commenting feature and I like the swipe layout. It never worked correctly for me on the original mobile site but it's doing great on CDaN 3.0.
Totally expect a week for the kinks to work out, but thanks for your efforts on this Enty!
(And yea, cigarcat has been way annoying and if any nasty troll comments were attributed to me, my apologies and please know, it wasn't me.)
With the new system if any of you act cunty you will be banneded. First time will be for 4 days, so your period can pass. Second time will be a month. You will be able to buy some time off for good behavior. That good behavior will be sending titty shots. You can tweet them to me or send them to entlawyer@yahoo.com. If you just pulled them from the web, your ban will increase to 6 months.
