This actress used to be almost A list. Maybe even A list. Lots of famous significant others. Very well preserved. In something more appropriate for night, the aging actress was telling people about her new breast lift and unbuttoned a button or two of her top and opened her  bra at the table to show her luncheon companions the new work.
