This A+ list mostly movie actress ordered the front desk not to forward any calls from her husband. When he tried to circumvent that she ordered no calls and also ordered a disposable cell phone she could use to talk and leave her other phone off.
I read this as Angie, especially in light of the track-marks blind suggesting perhaps she is using, Brad knows and is trying to help her, but she just wants a disposable so she can get her fix.
