Today's Blind Items - The Con Job
This actor is probably A-/B+. He was A+ at one point but it was strictly franchise related. He has not made the most of his opportunities post franchise. He is foreign born. He is also being played for a fool by his new girlfriend. She has somehow convinced the actor to buy a new home and put her on the title even though she won't be contributing any money to the place. Friends of the actor are worried because she has been cutting him off from those close to him and he has radically changed from a booze and bar kind of guy to a hard drug and night club kind of guy who has his girlfriend glue to his side at all times. He does everything she tells him from what to wear or not to wear and how he should look each day. His ex, who is also an actress has tried to intervene but she is going through issues of her own and some very very big decisions she needs to make in the near future. Friends of the actor are convinced he is going to wake up in a few months and realize he has no money left and a wife who will slowly kill him off.

Screw's lying fans are green with envy that Rob upgraded and has a smokin hot girlfriend, while their scummy loser is getting matching tatts with Alicia. If anyone is a golddigger, it would be Alicia, who's been living with Screw for over a year, driving her car, wearing her clothes, etc.

The only thing about Pattison is he has been in some interesting movies since Twiglight (typo and it stays). I guess you could say he has not taken advantage of his fame post-franchise, but that would not be my first thought. Full disclosure, I like aka sticks' music.

She hasn't been snubbed either. She didn't campaign. Her role was better in Sils Maria but IFC are not distributing it until next year.
Rob must have been snubbed because his film too isn't being released until next year. Kristen's had three to four films out this year, with more out next year. She's had a brilliant year. Rob's had one film out and he was forgotten about. He's also been told he is having a film written for him to star in. Other actors have been chosen over him though. Light years ahead is he?

He's choosing to work with specific directors, not studio films, although TLCOZ will be for Paramount. So there's his studio film. He's attached to 3 films for next year and you know she's got nothing.
Her unemployment is not by choice. You don't employ a full time PR rep and mount pointless Oscar campaigns if you aren't interested in working. She's on a break because she can't get a job.

Maggie, you need to go back to school. You need to learn how to research, read, write properly and not miss out on any words, otherwise your grammar is going to be marked down. If you had researched the subject you are trying to insult, you would understand the meaning of 'I'm taking a break from acting and have a studio where I'm going to use my hands in other art'. That reads as, an actor is taking a break to enjoy other projects away from a film set.

Forcing a sexuality on someone because of who they hang out with, or how they look, is extremely homophobic. And the same people do not like racism. Racism is a person's racial identity, another form of one's identity. A person's racial identity, and a person's sexual identity should not be discriminated.
I have also found that Rob fans call anyone a racist if anyone says they don't like Twigs. I personally believe that it is Twigs's personality that people don't like.

They have both been praised by the industry and although fans crowed RPattz as the King of Cannes, KStew was the one that was nominated for an award. She had been nominated as a comeback queen of indies and just like JLaw, a studio behind the movie has been campaigning for her Oscar. Guess what? She ain't the 1st actress to have a studio campaign for her and won't be the last. It's nothing to do with her (any actor) wishes for an award but by a studio wanting to generate buzz and make as much $ as possible on a project.
Weather you are an old woman that should know better or a young one that should strive to be better you make your idols sound like a jerk or pathetic. Who the hell knows if both ir any have really moved on from each other? They seem to have, perhaps you should as well.
Lastly do you really think an actor, famous for that matter, in Hollywood doesn't have a team behind him/her? Celebrity gossip is for most people lowbrow entertainment and a guilty pleasure, not something they base their lives on.
You can keep thinking that, but she was out of work for 18 months after her cheating was exosed, and she told the LA Times that it "wasn't by her own choice."
ReplyDeleteUniversal fired her from the SWATH sequel, so there went a $5 million paycheck. She put 2 franchises in jeopardy with her unprofessional actions, and studios took note. She has been unable to get anything but supporting roles in low budget indies since she started working again.
Now those have run out and she's totally unemployed. If you think cheating doesn't have consequences, think again. She's living proof that screwing up with a married father of two in public will derail your career and tarnish your reputation forever. Sanders hasn't done any better. I don't think he's had a job since then.
