Blind Item #10
This B- list mostly television actress used to be all movies. Her last few attempts at television have not gone well, although one of them is still on the air, just not with her. Anyway, Child Protective Service is investigating her after her child was found outside the home by a neighbor and our actress was inside apparently inebriated.

ReplyDeleteHere in the UK (England/Wales/Scotland) you can be arrested under the DUI (Driving Under the Influence) law if you are drunk/drugged while caring for/guardian of a child under the age of seven (7). If you are suppose be looking after the child, and you are at home or elsewhere with child, and are drunk or drugged (illegal drugs), you can be arrested under the DUI law. DUI it is not just for driving offenses here in the UK. It is a good law, that one.
