I'm not sure of the actual logic. She is still a minor so (a) any photos taken as a minor but before the piercing would not be identifiable as taken while underage and (b) unless she has the piercings reversed on her 18th birthday you could not tell if any photos with the piercings was taken before or after age of consent.
Does anyone have the backstory on PMK? What happened in her childhood to turn her into...well, PMK? I bet she wished Rob was gay so she could reach more clientele for her spawns.
