This foreign born married Academy Award winner/nominee freaked out when going through customs a few weeks ago because the officer took her passport and her to secondary inspection and she thought he was going to take a photo of the passport and then tell the world how old she really is. She almost got herself arrested just to hide her age.

ReplyDeleteHer birth certificate is viewable on line under uk govt regs - she's 45 according to the Registrar of Births I've seen. Mother and father's names and professions match what has been published as well.There's also only one Catherine Zeta Jones born in that area of Wales in that year.

ReplyDeleteCheck-in and security checkpoints look at passports for departures. Immigration would for arrivals. As for Customs, sometimes they only take the declarations forms, sometimes they ask to see both the form and passport before taking the form. If they were doing any sort of inspection, as prefaced in the blind, then yes, they would want the passport,

ReplyDeleteWell, I'm 47 and I actually remember a time when, according to newspapers that listed her age, she was older than me by about 5 years.
ReplyDeleteWell, except her name is Catherine Jones, actually, (her brothers are David Jones and Lyndon Jones), which leaves a lot of wiggle room (and room for retrofitting a new middle name). Though the years of her brothers' births would lend her to being born in the middle.
ReplyDeleteShe is definitely older than she says. Knew someone who worked for her dermatologist. She was 40 when she was claiming to be 30.
