Mr. X Blind Item #2
What "couple", consisting of an A-list mostly movie actor and Oscar winner/nominee and a B-list actress, have both moved on to other people but their PR people are making them save face by arranging several photo-op events which they'll spin as date nights? Did I mention they're getting paid for this?

ReplyDeleteThey could be getting paid, as in getting a cut of the photo proceeds. Some stars get a cut of the pap shots.

ReplyDeleteAhhh, Eva/Ryan makes better sense. But I'll bet Amber is getting sick of Depp. Of course imdb says she has 5 projects in post-production so it must be worth it.
ReplyDeleteThat sentence “they are getting paid” makes sense just if they’re starring together in a franchise or studio movie that benefits from their relationship. They often do so when one of the starts is gay and needs a beard for example (hello Ellen Page Xmen) It doesn’t make sense that they are getting paid by their own PR people neither by the paps, if he’s A- and she’s B- they have no cash problems for sure. So for me is not Depp-Herad but neither Gosling-Mendez
ReplyDeleteI can't see eva moving on to someone else..get the feeling she'll hang on for dear life...the pr people could be getting paid to keep appearances by a producer, or someone who has a stake in them staying a couple, I suppose.. stumped..
ReplyDeleteAs far as Gosling is up his own ass, he would never compromise his "principles" by doing this, arty douchebag that he is. Depp/Heard make sense, because while he may have made millions, Vanessa probably maneuvered a nice chunk for the kids. He is totally the type to make ridiculous purchases and blow through it all, thus needing a quick payday. Poor Man's Scarlett doesn't really do anything but look put-off by his smell, so I'm sure she'd love the cash.

Also, I've been just barely holding onto my Depp adoration but now I think it's finally time to let it go. My god, he looks so bloated and skeezy. Maybe I'll watch Benny and Joon one last time to formally bid farewell to the adorable hotness he once was.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't matter how many movies Heard gets while with Depp. She is such a vapid non-presence that she will disappear from sight as soon as they split.
