Blind Item #2

Without his actress wife there to stop him, this A- list mostly television actor who will forever and ever have A list name recognition because of his movie career got drunk during a premiere this week and passed out in the theatre.

It could be William H Macy, as well.
but it's referring to iconic films like American Pie franchise(not to me, but it's generation)/ and or a Fargo.....
Still think it's Biggs. he was at the Finding Neverland on Bway.(Macy had tix, not sure if he went).

Danson was a-list from TV (Cheers) not from movies. He doesn't fit.

Biggs is good guess I wouldn't have thought of, but fits (i think of him more B for tv)..wouldn't macy get the Oscar nom label?

  9. Jason Biggs does not have A list name recognition. To the average person, he's the guy who shtupped an apple pie.

Tribeca is this week, but I'm afraid this refers to Kevin Bacon who attended the LA premiere of Adult Beginners a few days ago. Hopefully he had A drink and just fell asleep.

Danny DeVito's career is much more due to TV than movies. He certainly hasn't had the kind of movie career that would keep him permanently A List.

    I beg to differ

  20. Back in the 80's, I fell asleep during a re-screening of Disney's "Fantasia." (So, embarrassing.) I was so tired from working production all night and into the day. (But, I wasn't drunk though.)
Years later, I tried to watch "Fantasia" on the Disney Channel with my kids and realized what a bore fest that movie is. No wonder why I fell asleep!

Actually, that pretty much proves my point. That is not the film resume of somebody who is permanently A List, and he was a supporting character in most of those 20 year old films. Doesn't mean he hasn't been in successful movies, but he's definitely more iconic for TV than movies.

Romancing the Stone movies, Matilda, etc. Devito is A.+ name recognition who did both television and movies.

My thoughts exactly. (Is THAT how you beat Ultron? Get him [pardon the pun, Thor] hammered?)

Except that he's never actually married Leslie Stefanson, and her acting career pretty much ended when they got together back in '02. So I guess it could be Bacon, after all.
