This award winning in her country one named foreign born B-/C+ list singer was the object of derision from Anna Wintour who thought the singer was trying too hard to stand out and hated the dress and the props she was carrying.
Isn't that why Nuclear Wintour presides over this thing - so she can bitch-pick everything and everyone? Hell, I would. Lorde didn't look awful or even particularly weird. I want this to be Rihanna, but the rating is all wrong.
Lorde looked good and didn't have any props. Twigs didn't have any, either, just the weird dress. My first thought was Rihanna, but she's certainly A+, dunno...

She sold her soul to the devil's assistant just to get more readership. I can't believe those numbers stayed. She must have something on the top Conde Nast executive. Rant over
Exactly what some people here already said! The moment the Kardashian dogs started attending this event is the moment it lost any class it claimed it had.
Anna isn't all that anymore & she has no shoe game. She keeps wearing ugly white strappy sandals for nearly every event. Duh. Besides, once she started promo-ing the Trashi-kans & KWest, she lost any credibility with me. I canceled my subscription & wrote a letter to the editor saying why when she had them on the cover.
