I saw her on the series finale of Revenge wow mama doesn't even resemble her old self. Lots of work on that mug of hers she actually looks dare I say better?!!?
Courtney chain-smokes her way through the new Kurt Cobain documentary, and while the plastic surgery has left her a bit "prettier", she still looks like an old had with hair extensions and a bunch of work done. (Full exclosure: I kind of hate her, although I do like Hole.)
