Blind Items Revealed #1

October 29, 2009

This past weekend this C list cable reality star who had his own show spoke at an event addressing tattoos, taboos and Jews but he did talk a bit about his TV show a bit as well. As an admittedly non-practicing Jew he was asked if he had any Jewish tattoos. His reply? “I have a dollar sign on my hand.” Some in the audience laughed, most did not. Know your audience dude. He recognized how reality TV had changed his life financially for the better and that it opened many doors for him, but he also spent considerable time complaining about the show. He did not enjoy it and never wanted to do subsequent season(s) but was tied to obligations in his contract. He complained about how the producers wanted to make each episode about death. He felt less like an artist and more like he was playing psychiatrist to the customers. He seemed very bitter about the experience.

Oh god I can't believe I know this, but it's one of the guys from Miami Ink, which was pretty popular for cable reality tv. I agree with his comments, every damn tattoo was a sob story about death, especially with KVD and her hideous face tats. Just my opinion but I could never date someone who has another persons face on their body, just weird man.

It's the bald penis head dude who owned the shop, not Kat Von D's s ex. Ami was very vocal about hating KVD and whomever she fucked to get on the show. But after Miami Ink was cancelled he had a 3 year run on NY Ink with his new parlor, so why the fuck did he sign that new contract?

I'm not actually a Jew, but I have defended them so many times that I'm known as a jewphile (I hope this has no sexual meaning in English), and God knows I have giggled with the joke. If the audience didn't take it well, they should hire jim carrey and his butt talking humour.

Thanks to Riven for his bio, cause I didn't know who this dude is either.

LOL no prob, glad my university nights binging on shitty late night tv shows while writing my thesis have come in handy. I confess I liked Ami, mostly because he hated Kat Von D. And Chris Nunez was just delicious.

...And I'm just gonna stop now hahahaha
