This married pregnant B list mostly television actress made a sex tape. While pregnant. And not with her husband. Apparently there is a new round of hacking going on and this is the most popular file being shared.
I'm all out of patience with people claiming "hacking" when they're storing extremely sensitive files in a place that can be accessed by bad guys or mischievous adolescents. A) Did they learn nothing from last summer's breach? B) If you're making a sex tape with someone who's not you're partner while you're pregnant and then storing it or sharing it without proper security considerations, f@ck you - you get what's coming to you. I do not and will not believe that this kind of crap is involuntary and I despise this cowardly trend of "accidental" leaks of scandalous files. Bullshit.
All of the guesses, above, are great answers. Hey, at least the guy having pregnant sex with the B-lister knew he was safe from becoming an unexpected daddy.
"They shouldn't have made a tape" or "they didn't practice good enough security" is the "With that skirt, she was asking to be raped" of the current day.
If you really believe that, then there is no crime. Don't call the police when you're burgled, you should have bought better locks! It's your own fault you got mugged, you should have been strong and violent enough to fight them off!

making a sex tape is like having sex without a condom - you are totally allowed to do it and nobody has a right to dictate what you do in private - but be prepared for the consequences if it gets out. sure, it isnt there fault it was leak and its a major breach of privacy, but playing dumb about it is careless and stupid.
@raye perfectly worded. Ditto for naked selfies and photos of of one's naughty bits. In today's internet/social media age, if you don't want the world to see it, use a polaroid and keep the copies under lock and key.
JAS- I generally agree with you here. They are victims. However I think your analogy is slightly off. IMO in light of recent events (the fappening as one) this is more analogous to someone getting burgled because they didn't lock their doors or getting mugged cause you were hanging in back alleys late at night. Doesn't mean they are not victims or deserved what they got but a little common sense would have gone a long way in protecting them. I hope I won't be on the toilet all day now.
It's not getting burgled because they didn't lock their doors, it's getting burgled and someone tells you it's your fault because your locks aren't good enough. How good is good enough? It's defined only by not getting burgled.
